The Appliance Technician has been in the business for a long time. We’ve been offering appliance repair in Mandeville, Covington, Abita Springs, Madisonville, Bush, Folsom, and Slidell, and recently adding Pontchatoula, Hammond and Robert to the areas we service. We’ve seen a lot of changes in the appliance word over the last years but starting in 2012 a new world emerged.

I have over 15 years of experience in appliance repair and am passionate about keeping up with today’s technological advances that are advancing faster than skynet. Keeping up with the times is challenging but I like it and find it interesting and rewarding. For every hour of work I do, I do about 1 hour of reading, posting, and helping other techs across the country. That’s what it takes to keep up in this fast paced technology driven appliance world now days.

I started this website as a just for fun blogging site that I can share my more interesting service calls on. I do have a you tube channel but there’s not really much there because it’s hard to video and conduct an appliance repair at the same time, it will grow with time.

I do not answer my phone on service calls! When I’m on a call that is your time. It’s a matter of respect to me and I attend to my customers like the rest of the world doesn’t exist. If you don’t get an answer when you call just leave a message and I’ll call you back. Even if I’ve been in a coma for 2 years, I will return the call when I wake back up. It’s important to me.
